Your product means safety

Sterile products are among the most demanding responsibilities of Haupt Pharma. Here we have invested in future-oriented technologies (i.e. in the development of isolator-technique at our site in Wolfratshausen).

The sterile manufacturing and filling of various preparations takes place within closed, fully-automated systems. Thereby all production stages relevant to safety are isolated from personnel and environment, including transport of intermediate and semi-finished products. This occurs inside the system as well. Outside of the isolators the rooms fulfil clean-room class D requirements.

However, Haupt Pharma continues to produce in standard clean-rooms, which are adapted to the latest developments.

Thus we are able to offer the advantages of both technologies to our customers. At Wolfratshausen we have invested in the filling of aseptic vials in sizes ranging from 2 ml (2R Vials) bis 250 ml. The facility meets FDA requirements.
